Our consultants have many years of experience working in the planning, engineering and delivery teams within the hyperscale cloud operators; Google, AWS and Microsoft as well as for infrastructure providers and OEMs supporting the largest consumers of bandwidth on the planet. We believe in an engineering led approach to advise and deliver on projects at scale, remove delivery risk and support business cases that pass internal audit.
Opportunities
Hyperscalers and their network partners are struggling to scale networks with the growth of public cloud and the demands for AI infrastructure. No longer can networks be supported within traditional 'telco' service networks but dedicated duct, fibre and optronics infrastructure is needed to deliver the capacity, latency and diversity requirements of the hyperscale networks. Internal sourcing teams are overwhelmed with the demand for new network spans, new regions and availability zone builds from their internal customers, while carriers and telcos struggle to deliver and understand the service scale, standards and commercial cases to support their demand.
Our opportunities are driven by data centre developers, carriers and infrastructure providers aiming to understand the demands, delivery standards and commercial models of the hyperscalers and deliver a business case to their shareholders for long term value.
Hyperscale teams, particularly driven by research projects for connectivity to AI / ML fabrics, public cloud region expansions and urgent customer timelines, are also outsourcing projects to manage demand.
